The Rose of Suthep HomeStay is a nice large house in the inner suburbs of Chiang Mai
"Moo Baan Ping Payom" (Ping Payom village), with views of Doi Suthep, and the temple
"Wat Prathat Doi Suthep" (shown in the photo at the head of the website, taken from one of the bedroom windows). We're close to the airport and just 10 minutes from the centre of town. Close enough to easily get to the action, but far away enough that it doesn't bother us. With easy access to all the sights and attractions that Chiang Mai has to offer, we're sure you'll have a great time with us.

We have 3 rooms available, air conditioning is available in all of them, the rooms are named after Thai festivals.

We also have a gracious, cosy dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen and an ample living room with television DVD player and computer with internet access for your convenience.

Our maid takes care of domestic chores, May's uncle lives with us so there's always someone at home (so your things are safe), May's brother is a doctor and lives next door... we're surrounded by our Thai family and friends. They'd all love to meet you! This leaves us free to spend time taking care of our guests and show you all that Chiang Mai has to offer.

We'll do everything we can to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible, and your holiday in Thailand memorable.

PRICING

SONGKRAN, is a large room, has a King Size bed, private ensuite bathroom, television and DVD player. The package includes; airport transfer, laundry (not dry cleaning), any meals you have at home and wireless broadband internet.
B2000 per day. (fan only, B1900)

LOY KRATHONG, is the largest room, suitable for a small family!
As well as a King Size bed there is also a single, so you can bring a child or a friend, extra beds can be arranged for this room. The package includes; airport transfer, laundry (except dry cleaning), any meals you have at home and wireless broadband internet.
B1500 per day. (fan only, B1400)

BOR SANG, is a room for the budget conscious, not so big, but 'only' a Queen size bed, suitable for only 2 people and the package only includes, wireless broadband internet, airport transfers and breakfast. But we still feel it's a good deal. (meals, laundry and other services are available for a small additional charge).
B650 per day (fan only, B550)

Always the same price all the time, High Season, Low Season, during festivals.... Whatever. BUT, these packages are negotiable, we'd be happy to tailor a package to suit your needs, just contact us.
To avoid disappointment, please contact us and book your stay as early as you can.
We don't require a deposit to take your booking but we do require a deposit to guarantee your booking. Payment can be made via Western Union, Bank transfer or PayPal, the balance can be paid when you visit. For transfer instructions or if you have any other inquiries please contact us.
